Patient-Focused Campaigns

The American Medical Association (AMA) has a clear mission: enhance the delivery of care to achieve better public health. With heated health policy debates and ever-changing regulations, there's a growing need for specific issue-advocacy and public education campaigns—a need that Adfero addresses daily.

With up to 5 campaigns running simultaneously, the team at Adfero ideates, executes and maintains all assets for each campaign, including websites, social platforms, events and advertising. Whether it's live streaming town halls across the country to educate and increase awareness of Meaningful Use regulations or building a digital campaign to target Members of Congress to vote against AHCA repeal, the team gets results and always stays focused on those who need advocacy the most: the patients.

Physicians Grassroots Network (PGN)

What started as a small campaign microsite about regulatory red tape quickly evolved into a larger advocacy platform. The result is the Physicians Grassroots Network (PGN), which serves as an online grassroots community of physicians. It provides users with information and resources about specific regulations impacting the medical profession. It also allows physicians to voice their opinions via video or written testimonial and to directly contact Congress.

Patient Action Network (PAN)

Patient Action Network (PAN)

A network of more than one million patient activists, the Patients Action Network (PAN) is a strong advocate for patients and the betterment of public health. PAN provides resources and makes it easy to take action on issues like access to care, liability reform and strengthening the patient-physician partnership.

Graduate Medical Education (GME)

With a lack of funding and physician shortage looming, it is more important than ever for the next generation of physicians to become strong advocates for patients and the care they deserve. SaveGME.org aims to educate the public on what GME is and why it is so important to the future of public health.

Healthcare Reform 2017

To hold Members of Congress accountable, targeted digital ads called out policymakers, telling them to vote NO to repeal AHCA. Generating over 3000 calls to Capitol Hill and more than 7 million voter activations, the grassroots campaign was one of the most aggressive and effective the AMA has ever run.
